How Do I Order Custom Corporate Diaries for my Business?

You may simply want to re-order a corporate diary that you’ve had before. However, if ordering corporate diaries for your business is new it may seem complicated, we are here to try and make the process as simple and as stress free as possible.

  1. Firstly, we work out what size diary will work best for your needs as well as the page format, Day per Page or Week to View
  2. Next is to confirm the required quantity
  3. Now let’s discuss the cover design and colour of the material options
  4. Are custom internal information/advertisement pages something you’re after? If so how many?
  5. With this information, we will put together a quote for you to review
  6. Happy to proceed with the quote? Great! We will ask you for your company logo in vector eps or vector pdf format and the artwork for the internal information/advertisement pages so we can put together visuals for you to approve
  7. Once you have approved the visuals, we can add your job to the production line
  8. The production process is approximately a 10 – 12 week lead time
  9. We aim to deliver to your nominated address between late September and early December

FAQ

When do I need to order by?
We try and start quoting in February, aiming to have all quotes and artwork signed off for production by the end of June. With worldwide delays in production and shipping in recent years, this gives us the best chance of delivering your diaries to you in time for you to distribute them before the end of the year as unfortunately, we can’t control the shipping companies.

What’s the minimum order quantity?
For our custom made diaries the minimum order quantity starts at 100 pieces, but this can increase depending on the level of customization you are after.
Are 100 pieces a little more than you were after? Check out our Shop where we have our retail 365 Diaries range which you can order as low as 1 piece!

When will I receive my diaries?
We aim to deliver to your nominated address between late September and early December. Please note this can be affected if our artwork supply/approval deadlines are not met as this can impact production and mostly international shipping delays. With our years of experience, we try and streamline our process as best as possible to avoid delays but unfortunately, we can’t control the shipping companies.
